Houston Motorsports Park, one of the fastest 1/8 mile all concrete dragstrips in the country, with speeds over 190 mph, big burnouts and huge wheelstands at almost every event. Witness supercharged, nitrous breathing, and/or turbo powered machines with well over 2500 horsepower at about any special event! The current track record, 3.717 @ 199MPH is held by Frankie “MADMAN” Taylor in his 2005 Corvette Outlaw Pro Mod.

The entire track, return road, and safety walls are concrete. It features 2 turn off roads, plus state of the art timing and scoring equipment. The spectator area is 20 feet above the track surface, enabling you to view from the burnout box to finish line and entire shutdown area.
This facility has been built adjacent to HMP’s NASCAR Oval Track, which has achieved motorsports industry acclaim as America’s premier 3/8 mile high banked asphalt oval short track. The oval track can also be utilized as an area for drifiting, car shows, street rodders, vendor booths, swap meets, concerts, and monster trucks, etc.
